Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga has been moving from one part of the country to another in a series of anti-government campaigns. The opposition chief has been warming up his supporters for what he describes as the mother of all protests on the 20th of March.
As part of what is believed to be a calculated strategy to gauge popular mood prior to his massive protests next week, Raila will hold a mega rally on Thursday in Nakuru, one of Ruto’s strategic strongholds.
The leader of Azimio will then travel in Ruto’s Kiambu bedroom on Friday for a series of public engagements as he gathers support for the Nairobi “mother of all protests” on Monday.
Taking to his social media page as usual to update on the anti-government rallies, the ODM party leader has asked his supporters to meet in Nakuru county.
"Tukutane Nakuru Kesho!" wrote Mr. Odinga.
The rally will be at Mazembe grounds from 1pm.
