The second in command Dr William Samoei Ruto has now hinted that what will happen when he succeeds President Uhuru Kenyatta to become the fifth President of the republic of Kenya.
While delivering his speech this afternoon in West Pokot County, the Deputy President has first recounted on how mega changes have been recorded in the region despite the fact that he is not the head of state.

According to DP Ruto, he is pretty sure that he will change the region if gest the top seat that he is currently looking for. He also went on to ask residents that they should not lose the direction that they are aligned on.
"Sasa mimi nauliza nyinyi hii West Pokot imebadilika vile imebadilika mimi nikiwa Deputy President na mimi nikiwa President? Si hii dunia itakuwa ingine? Si hii dunia itakuwa ingine, eeh? Tunaelewana? Sasa mimi sitaki tupoteze rada, sawasawa? Mimi sitaki tupoteze rada," said DP Ruto.
