Raila Admits That He Is Being Pressured Both Internally And Externally To Abandon Planned Mass Action

On March 20, the Azimio coalition plans to hold a peaceful mass action in Nairobi. According to Raila Odinga, the coalition is fighting on behalf of the Kenyan people, who are governed by the Kenya Kwanza government. The Kenya Kwanza government has promised to lower the price of goods, including unga, in the coming days, lowering the country's cost of living.

The leader of Azimio, Raila Odinga, has admitted to a group of his soldiers that he is under internal and external pressure to abandon the planned mass action on March 20. Raila talked hours after an advance notice message from Ruto telling him, "nothing more will be tolerated."

Leaders have stated that Azimio's action may cause additional harm to Kenyans.
