Him.Serbai is one of the political Giants who are considered as the strong pillars of the deputy president in the rift valley region.Him and the others have been seen supporting the deputy and marketing his manifesto wherever they are.
Serbai has been in power for ten years now and he is still counting for the good deeds which he has performed in Embomos ward.He is currently the chairman of AD-HOC committee in the county government of Bomet.
Speaking to the youths at one of the famous hotels in Kipkoibet centre in Embomos ward,the youths present termed him as an hardworking man full of discipline and intergrity towards the public funds.This is the reason why the residents of Embomos ward are ready to re-elect him.
