Petroleum CS John Munyes ruled out any fuel price deduction,Munyes tells Kenyans to brace for tough times ahead, Munyes said fuel prices are determined by external factors.
This means that the hiked fuel prices will remain as they are currently till further notice. Raila's promise to Kenyans will be of no meaning if nothing will change by the end of this week and Kenyans will put blames on him for lying to Kenyans.
