This morning, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us, President Ruto has been seen sharing a light moment with Cabinet Secretary for Interior Security Dr. Fred Matiang'i.
Dr. Fred Matiang'i was in the meeting that had been called by President Ruto at State House in the morning.
This was the first time that President William Ruto met with the Cabinet Secretaries for a meeting with him still being waited upon to appoint his cabinet.
President Ruto met with all the Cabinet Secretaries that had been appointed by Former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Some of the Cabinet Secretaries openly campaingned for Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga in the campaigns for the top seat.
The President has been seen with Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i at State House sharing a light moment leaving Kenyans with mixed reactions.
