Former Murang'a County Governor Honorable Mwangi wa Iria, has for another time distanced himself from the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance coalition since it lost in the August 9th general elections.
This is after Usawa Kwa Wote party leader Mwangi Wa Iria joined Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja camp saying they will implement his one cow, one household program if Azimio forms next government.
The vocal Mt Kenya politician Mwangi Wa Iria, who served two terms as Murang'a county governor, has declared his support for President William Ruto-led administration saying that the head of state is his friend and he will support him during his tenure in office.
Mwangi wa Iria further reiterated that those who think that he is still in the Azimio coalition will be surprised by the turns of events. He added that his mission is to become one of the most formidable politicians in the Mt Kenya region.
