This is after the government holds a sight on the four IBC commissioners whereby President William Ruto appetite the province to explore them. However, there was an entire misconception between the President and the distinct leaders of UDP where the theme was the four commissioners were not culpable instead they seize their obligation during the August census.
However, the government's scrutiny conclusions of the four IBC commissioners were immoral and they were intimate to provoking combat in a peaceful country. Therefore the commissioners initiate to resign from office whereby Juliana Cherera became the second person to step out from the IBC.
When she resigns Juliana leaves a message to Kenyans where she states that during his work she has been credible and enthusiastic about her assignment as a Kenyan. She added that on his journey she has overlooked multiple challenges and the government's unconcern up to now she had determined to resign from the IBC.
