United Democratic Alliance Party has broken its silence amidst the backdrop of media reports that President William Ruto is currently coercing all the Kenya Kwanza Alliance affiliates parties including and not limited to Amani National Congress Party, Pamoja African Alliance, FORD-K, and Chama Cha Kazi among other parties to dissolve and join the Ruling Party.
According to the reports by the Nation Media Group on Sunday, UDA Party Via Veronica Maina has however said that the decision by the fringe parties to dissolve their identities and join the Big Party is voluntary, adding that nobody has been forced to do so unlike what the Media Houses have been reporting.

This, Veronica Maina said while confirming that Moses Kuria's CCK Party has already written to the registrar of the Political parties requesting to be removed from the ORPP database now that they won't join President William Ruto's UDA Party.
