Martha Karua, who was recently nominated by the Azimio coalition, has spoken revealing why they are in the Azimio coalition.
From the Mountain region, several leaders are in the Azimio, including Kanini Kega, Peter Munya, Peter Kenneth, Sabina Chege, Dennis Waweru, Maina Kamanda are supporting Raila, Karua Presidency.
Speaking today in MT Kenya as quoted by the Citizen TV, Martha Karua has said that they are in the Azimio coalition because it has brought hope to Kenyans that their lives will be better than they are now. 
Martha Karua was quoted saying, "Tuko Azimio kwa sababu imeleta matumaini kwa wakenya, maisha yao ita badilika kuwa mema kushinda vile ilivyo leo".
Despite the tough rebellion she is receiving in the mountain while campaigning for Raila Odinga, Karua has remained firmed and focused that they will form a government after the August, 2022 polls.
