Since his fall out with Deputy President William Ruto, President Uhuru Kenyatta and his government have been attacked, criticized and even at times insulted by DP Ruto's allies. Things have not been good and it seems like they are even getting worse.
That is because today, Deputy President William Ruto's ally Aaron Cheruiyot caused a stir after he alleged the motive of President Uhuru Kenyatta's government on Huduma card. That came after the Court putting a halt on the roll out of the card. Through his official twitter account, Aaron Cheruiyot alleged that the real motive of the Huduma card was just to loot the billions spent in the process.
"While the ruling on Huduma Card is welcome with regards to growth of data protection space in Kenya, it is time barred. The real motivation for Huduma was just to loot the billions spent in the useless card. All involved need to be surchaged." Tweeted Aaron Cheruiyot.
