The Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua together with Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja have been spotted at passing out parade of Administration Police in Embakasi, Nairobi County. The photo of them together creates attention following the recent argument over the Nairobi City matatu affairs.

The passing out parade was presided over by President William Ruto.
"Ongoing Administration Police passing out parade, Embakasi, Nairobi County", William Ruto stated.
Rigathi Gachagua shared his remarks on President William Ruto where he said that he would be wondering, what would have been the future of Police and military parades if things could have gone the other way.
"I watched you (President Ruto) inspect the passing out parade in quick time and with energy. My mind was just wondering, what would have been the future of our Police and military parades if things could have gone the other way?", Rigathi Gachagua posed.
