Raphael Tuju is the Jubilee party secretary general currently.He was once a popular politician In 2002 Tuju was elected as a member of parliamentforRarieda constituency in the December 2002 parliamentary election. He served until 2007, in which time he is credited with the building of five (5) new secondary schools to increase high school enrollment .
Now he served as the Jubilee secretary for more than fives years.He seems to be the same side with president which is supporting the BBI agenda.
After the five judges overturned the BBI this what he said about them,"We are a little more humble than the judges who say"this what it is,period!".The judges should learn the word 'interdependence'because as soon as they finish a ruling,they need policemen men to escort them home".
The retired politician said that the judges need to be sure about the decision they make like that .He outlined considering that it had already passed in the County assemblys,in the parliament and also the majority of the Senate voted yes but when it comes to the court they does what they think is right considering the Constitution.
