Homabay Senator Moses Otiende Kajwang speaking during parliment proceedings in Senate.
Homabay Senator Moses Kajwang, has revealed out the sector in which the Kenya government has terribly failed to deliver on. Speaking during the impeachment motion for the Wajir County Governor Ambassador Mohammed Abdi in the Senate today, Senator Kajwang said that National government and all the other 47 counties have all failed to deliver on the health sector in the country.
According to him, if the Senate House can make a consideration on the health sector in the country to impeach the top leaders as the Wajir Members County Assembly have done, then all the other Governors in the country as well as the President will be impeached because they have all failed to deliver.
"Mr Speaker, if we focus on the health sector to make decisions as the Wajir County Assembly has done, all the governors in the other 46 counties incluiding the President will be impeached today. They have all failed in the management of this sector because they are the CEOs of the government. It is very unfortunate Mr Speaker that some county referral hospitals like in Homabay County, do not have toilets for outpatient people and the Governor has not done anything Mr Speaker." He stated.
