Big Blow For Raila As He Is Likely To Miss Out On The Ballot After Two Petitioners Moved To Court

Raila Odinga has once again received a setback after two other people moved to court to stop his bid. This has come at a time when Raila Odinga is enjoying massive support from the state and many leaders including governors.

Yesterday, ODM leader met with not less than 30 governors who endorsed him for the top seat. This came as a major boost for him but however, today also came another shocking news after two petitioners filled a case in court wanting the court to bar Mr Odinga from vying for the presidency.

George Bush and John Kenga, wants the court to compel Director of Criminal Investigation George Kinoti, Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji and Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai to institute criminal charges against Raila.
