Furious Wetangula Copies Mudavadi, Expels Two Top Allies From FORD Kenya

The Forum for Restoration of Democracy party leader Hon Moses Wetangula has followed what the Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi did yesterday by expelling two of his top allies from the Ford Kenya party. While addressing the issue of conflict of leadership within his party, Moses Wetangula has said there is no trouble in his party FORD Kenya.

The Bungoma county senator has dismissed claims that Hon Wafula Wamunyinyi and Hon Eseli Simiyu are officials in the party. He has said that the two ceased to be party officials when their conduct contravened the party's constitution and code of conduct for leaders. Consequently, the two have expelled from the party by Wetangula.

Wetangula has said that the recommendations from the 4th annual National delegates convention of the party have been implemented and that the chairmen of the 47 county branches are intact and are working to revamp the party.

Wetangula has been responding to claims that there are leadership wrangles within his party and that it may soon disintegrate.
