Ruto's right hand man Dennis Itumbi has dropped fresh allegations as tallying is ongoing at the Bomas of Kenya.
The former digital media strategist in the office of the president has alleged that two Independent Electrol and Boundaries Commission officials have been abducted outside Bomas.
The two by the name Gideon Balang, who's the IEBC manager electoral operations, duty coordinator of verification process in Bomas and Ben Kimwei, IEBC coordinator training, duty supervisor verification team have been reportedly arrested by police.
"TWO IEBC Abducted/ arrested outside Bomas Please DCI Boss Kinoti give up! Release 1. Gidion Balang... IEBC manager electoral operations . duty coordinator of verification process in Bomas 2, Ben kimwei, IEBC coordinator training, Duty supervisor verification team." Itumbi said.
His statement comes amidst claims from both camps that there are attempts to rig the elections.
Yesterday, IEBC revealed that there were at least 200 attempts to hack the system and interfere with the results.
