Gatundu South Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria has expressed his confidence that Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto will emerge victorious in the upcoming August general elections.
While speaking in Langas, Uasin Gishu county, the Chama Cha Kazi party leader said that he has been in various presidential campaigns for the last 20 years and none of the presidents that he has campaigned for has ever lost an election.
The vocal lawmaker added that the last time he campaigned for someone and he lost elections was 25 years ago. He also thanked residents of Uasin Gishu county for remaining calm for the last five years when DP Ruto was being sidelined in the government.
"I have been in presidential campaigns for the 30 years, the last time I campaigned for someone and he lost it was 25 years ago. If I tell you something will happen, it will, even if I tell you your wife is pregnant you should buy diapers and William Ruto will be the President of Kenya."
DP Ruto was also accompanied by Bahati MP Kimani Ngunchiri, Didymus Barasa, Governor Mandago, Oscar Sudi, and other UDA aspirants.
