Former President Moi Looses Over 250 Million In Land Grab Saga After Senate Went For His Properties

Tge former president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi has been linked to a ksh. 250 million public land saga that will see him loose the property to the Government.

This is after the Senate of Kenya went after his properties and found out that the former president had grabbed the land and immediately ordered for the revocation of the land's title did that will see him loose the ksh. 250 million which is equivalent to 10 acres of land.

The business daily newspaper reported that the Senate ordered for the revocation and the returning of the land to its rightful owner who is the public.

"Senate committee has recommended revocation for title deed for 10 acres of public land in kitale allocated in confidant of former president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi will have looses of over ksh.250 million," the business daily newspaper reported.

This sanction by the Senate is coming amidst the high Political temperature in the country with some Kenyans calling for life audit.
