Elegeyo marakwet senator, Kipchumba Murkomen has continued to show how he differs with his party secretary general. Murkomen was elected on a jubilee party ticket and therefore his secretary general is Raphael Tuju. Raphael Tuju has been recorded on occasions trying to threaten judges over their judgement. The ambush arose after high court judges declared BBI process null and void.
Murkomen takes a flashback of how Raphael Tuju battled with bankruptcy late last year and this would render him jobless. The bankruptcy declaration was however lifted and now can enjoy good Positions of leadership.
"The way Mr. Raphael Tuju of Rarienda is threatening Judges would make you think he is not the same person fighting for his dear life after he was declared bankrupt. Without a court order he couldn’t be holding any office not even as the chairman of Nyayiera cattle dip", Murkomen
Murkomen still serves as a jubilee senator and not UDA senator after his past show a bit of dethroning.
