Nairobi County Governor Anne Kananu Mwenda has posted a cryptic message online after she was denied a chance to address Kenyans yesterday during Jamhuri Day Celebrations which happened at Uhuru Gardens. Anne was in the programme list but she was denied a chance to speak.

She was to invite Deputy President William Ruto after the entertainment session but it didn't happen. Political Analyst in Kenya alleged that Kananu was denied a chance to speak because she failed to attend Raila's 'Azimio La Umoja' Convention that happened on Friday at Kasarani Stadium and her being denied a chance to speak, was like a punishment.
She posted on her Facebook quoting a famous proverb that says 'One beaten twice shy' which she meant she has learnt the lesson after her current situation. The cryptic message hinted that Anne had learned her lesson and she might be regretting not attending 'Azimio La Umoja'.
Kenyans online reacted differently decoding the cryptic message she posted and here are some of the reactions.
