The Star Newspaper has broken silence on the alleged title claiming that the former Defence Cabinet Secretarty (CS) claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta paid Ruto's HIV treatment.
The alleged newspaper was shared on several social media platforms just hours after President William Ruto ended his three day Official tours in South Nyanza region.

The Head of State is expected to meet President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz before delivering a keynote address at the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue.
