The Star Newspaper has broken silence on the alleged title claiming that the former Defence Cabinet Secretarty (CS) claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta paid Ruto's HIV treatment.

The alleged newspaper was shared on several social media platforms just hours after President William Ruto ended his three day Official tours in South Nyanza region.
