Ruto had a big trip to Machakos today where he had a chance to speak to the people after launching a number of projects. On his way, Ruto was stopped by the curious residents who wanted to be addressed by him over the increased prices of food which was supposed to be low by now.
However, in his speech, Ruto said that he is very aware that the price of food has not gone lower. He said that they are first ensuring fertilizer is supplied to the farmers to ensure they produce more food so that by next year, everything is sorted.
