Sharp Division Emerges Between Francis Atwoli-Mudavadi's Troops as Cleophas Malala Angrily Speaks

Sharp division has sparked between Francis Atwoli and Musalia Mudavadi's troops as Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala and the ANC deputy Party Leader angrily speak.

On Sunday in a meeting held at Golf Club, a section of Western region leaders resolved to instill Central Organization of Trade Unions boss Francis Atwoli as the region's spokesman and who is expected to negotiate on behalf of the region.

"Focusing on the community and arrive at the political dynamics and proceedings in the country appreciating our diversity and acknowledging our love for peace and unity of purpose. Noting that each community is coming together to be part of the next government. We, therefore, resolve that Dr. Francis Atwoli shall coordinate and help the community negotiate our stakes and be part of the next government," said the leaders.

However, after the move, Musalia Mudavadi's team has seemed bitter over the move with Cleophas Malala onformingbhat they won't allow such a move.

The Kakamega Senator has said that "Governors Wycliffe Oparanya, Wilberforce Otichilo, Wycliffe Wangamati, and Ojamong Must desist from undermining the leadership of Hon. Musalia Mudavadi in the Western region" by instilling Francis Atwoli as the regions spokesman.

Adding that "as the Western region we are focussed on the prize and we are not ready for any distractions."

However, after the statements, Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has also fired informing that Musalia Mudavadi has failed and so has the community, they have felt it's good if they chart their path.

"We do not want to be in opposition, we want to be part of the government next year. If we talk about Musalia and he has no chance of winning. As a community, we do not want to pretend," Oparanya has said.
