A rare moment when His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta emotionally stepped forward to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers who died during a fierce hunt of the Laikipia bandits has captured the attention of a section of Kenyans who have taken to the internet to share remarks in relation to what the Commander-in-chief did.
President Uhuru who was in a complete military attire during the event (Presentation and Trooping of the Colour Ceremony) carried with him a bouquet (wreath) of flowers which he swiftly placed them on the monument of the fallen soldiers that's just within the Kenya Navy Base.
President Uhuru's warm gesture has really melted hearts of Kenyans following their reactions online. Indeed, this is what marks and characterizes a good and concerned leader who champions and respects the lives of Kenyans.
