Martha Koome, the Chief Justice, and the Kenyan Union Government have all been the targets of serious accusations made by Hon. Junet Mohamed, a Suna-East member. When IEBC Deputy Chairperson Juliana Cherera and Commissioner Justus Nyang'aya were made to resign, Junet made a statement about the resignations.
In order to investigate the conduct of the "Cherera Quartet," who are thought to have cheated in the most recent presidential election, President William Ruto has established a tribunal. The President took this measure in response to the recommendation of the National Assembly's Justice and Law Committee to set up a tribunal to investigate the Cherera-led commissioner.

Junet Mohamed has now acknowledged that Kwanza Kenyan MPs approved the JLAC plan during the course of the night. He added that a tribunal has been established in the presences of CJ Martha koome.
