Mathira Constituency member of the national assembly Rigathi Gachagua has come out in this video here shared by The Nation few moments ago, to name the people who are pushing Orange democratic movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga to join ranks with deputy president William Ruto.
According to Gachagua who is a staunch defender of deputy president William Ruto, there are various people who are Behind this plot. First, he said that there is one television station and one national newspaper in the country owned by one of the "cerelac coalition" politicians which is being used to drive the agenda of an alleged coalition between Ruto and Raila.
He did not stop there as he went on to state that a section of ODM politicians who have been on record raising alarm over the current challenges facing the handshake and the building bridges initiative are also behind this plot.
The vocal lawmaker Revealed that the aim of these aforementioned People especially the later is simply to pressure president Uhuru Kenyatta into submission by threatening to team up with deputy president William Ruto.
