Beatrice Kemei, a political specialist explains the beneficiary of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Hustlers fund promised to Kenyans by President William Ruto. Dr. William Ruto in his Manifesto included the economic agenda set to raise the living standards of the Youths and women in Kenya.
Perhaps, the president during his inauguration on the 13th of September 2022 mentioned the Hustlers funds to benefit the Self-help groups and the SACCOs. Accordingly, his administration has not announced the launch and the release of the funds but looks forward to fulfilling the program.

Additionally, the president's area of interest is the Bottom-up model claiming to raise the Ordinary Kenyans through his Hustler Nation plans. Previously, there existed the Youth Fund and the Women enterprise fund meant for specific groups.
Consequently, Beatrice Kemei elucidates that the Youth Fund were meant for the Youth while the Women enterprise fund was meant for the women.
However, she strictly said that the Hustlers fund is not for anyone specific. As a result, this shows that all kenyans will benefit from the fund provided that they meet terms and conditions.
