Senator Malala on his twitter account said that Governor Murungi too will overcome the virus just like ODM party leader Raila Odinga did.
"I wish my brother Kiraitu Murungi a quick recovery. If Raila Odinga beat Corona, you will also come out strong and healthy. Lakini isijaribu kumshika Mudavadi," Tweeted Senator Malala.
Governor Kiraitu had earlier received the Covid 19 vaccine on Monday and urged the people of Meru not to listen to lies and propaganda to reject the vaccine.

Meru County's healthcare workers started to receive the jab at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital as Kiraitu rallied leaders behind the vaccine.
Citizens are being urged to continue following the Covid 19 protocols so as to reduce further infections.
