Nakuru Senator Finally Breaks Silence Revealing Why She is Yet to Move into her County Office

Nakuru county senator Tabitha Karanja has revealed that she is yet to move into her Nakuru office because it has not yet been budgeted.

According to the United Democratic Alliance movement Party elected senator, the process of approving a budget for her office is ongoing and hence she'll be moving in soon.

This comes after rumours had it that she was not willing to move to Nairobi and has been operating from Nakuru and Naivasha yet her county office is in Nakuru city.


"Due to the reactions and rumors spreading about my Nakuru county office, I wish to notify my people of Nakuru county that the process of approval of budget to facilitate office operation is ongoing."Senator Tabitha Karanja.

She has noted that after approval of budget to her office, her county office will be located in Nakuru town,while the one in Nairobi will be located within senate parliament.

"Thank you once again for giving me an opportunity to serve you as your Senator. As I promised you I will not let you down."Tabitha Karanja.

The Nakuru Senator Tabitha Karanja had triggered a storm online following her remarks that senators need more money from the government to fuel their cars.

Speaking during an interdenominational church service at Lamudiarc High School Grounds in Nakuru, Karanja urged President-elect William Ruto to introduce a kitty for senators to fuel their vehicles, saying they don’t have any funding besides their salaries.
