Honorable Winnie Odinga is one of the nominated Member of Parliaments for the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA). She was nominated as EALA MP in October 2022. She is one of the vocal leaders when it comes to matters relating to legislation and administration.
Today, Winnie Odinga and other EALA MPs is reported to have travelled to Arusha, Tanzania for the EALA meeting. In the meeting, all newly nominated MPs are going to be officially sworn in. The East African Legislative Assembly is an inter-parliamentary organization that promotes the wellbeing the of it's member states. It is a major brans of the East African Community (EAC).
