Embakasi East Constituency member of Parliament Hon Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino has told Kenyans not to repay their Hustler Loans in an act of defiance. While speaking at the Historic Kamkunji grounds today in the rally organized by the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance, Babu Owino said Kenyans should not repay the loan because there are no enough prisons where they will all be taken to.
"We are telling you not to repay your loans. Or are there enough prisons in Kenya where you all will be taken to?" Babu Owino asked the cheering crowd.
Owino who was echoing the words of the ODM party secretary general Edwin Sifuna said Kenyans are grappling with high cost of living and that the president William Ruto administration has failed to honor their election promises.
The Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance leadership led by Raila Odinga and Martha Karua has vowed to continue with the anti Ruto campaigns for the next one month.
