Trouble For Raila As Azimio Politician Admits Ruto Won 2022 Polls Clean, Predicts Ruto's Win in 2027

Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Junior is adamant that the President William Ruto will get a comfortable re-election in 2027. He said that the Kamba community cannot present a viable contender for the highest office in the country as it is a financial commitment, one that the Kamba community is not ready for at the moment.

He explained that for anyone to reach the highest office in the country, they would need a treasure chest to finance the campaigns which would run into billions of shillings. For now, he believes the Kamba community need to economically empower themselves before any of their own can hope to realistically campaign for the Presidency.

He pointed to Ruto's success in the August 9th, 2022 General Election as proof that dedication and adequate financial support was a sure path to the seat. In 2027, Kilonzo believes the President will enjoy an easy victory with an ever growing and financially backed base of support.

Kilonzo felt a tinge of disappointment as he distanced himself from Azimio la Umoja One Kenya alliance. Despite Kalonzo Musyoka, his party leader, being one of the key players in the political outfit, Kilonzo still had reservations about Azimio's agenda and future plans. With the news that he would no longer be a part of the Azimio alliance, Kilonzo sighed heavily and thought of all the potential he was missing out on by turning away from the group. Although a part of him knew it was the right thing to do, the Makueni governor still couldn't help but feel like he had let down his party leader and missed an opportunity to contribute to a bigger cause.

At the same time, Kilonzo also felt liberated, no longer having to answer to anyone and worrying only about his own goals and dreams. While he was confident in his decision to no longer be a part of the Azimio alliance, he would remain close to the party and his leader. He had found a sense of purpose in leaving the alliance, and he knew that he could now pursue it wholeheartedly. With a newfound energy, Kilonzo strode on with a clearer understanding of his own direction.
