The event today being a food distribution program that has seen the area governor Sakaja with some allies of the Kenya Kwanza administration attend the event.
The event coming at a time when the nation continues to face starvation and hunger emanating from prolonged drought which has become a major concern for the current regime under the able leadership of President William ruto.
But what caught the attention of many was that of a lady who was crying during Sakaja's speech. It happened as the governor was speaking to the audience at the venue.He was in the process of urging the residents to show their appreciation for the first lady's heart of kindness when suddenly a teenage woman started wailing.
The governor and the lady had an emotional whispering session and all that could be heard was the governor asking the lady what was wrong. Sakaja later sent the lady aside telling her to wait.
