Kivutha Kibwana breaks his silence after losing EACC top job to president Ruto's pick David Oginde

President William Ruto has today nominated immediate former CITAM president bishop, Dr. David Oginde as Ethics Anti- Corruption commission Chairperson.

The head of state picked the Renonwed Bishop for the EACC top job out of the three shortlisted candidates by public service commission.

Other two candidates shortlisted for the job included former Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana and renonwed lawyer Amani Komara.

Immediate former Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana who was among the shortlisted has broken his silence after missing the nomination.

Kibwana revealed that he sent a message to his two shortlisted colleagues of the EACC top job sharing to then that any of the three in his opinion could serve well in the position.

The Ukambani region politician further congratulated president William Ruto's pick, Dr. David Oginde.

" Before we were interviewed for Chairperson of EACC, I sent a message to David Oginde and Charles Kanjama SC Sharing that any of the three of us, in my opinion, could serve Kenya well in that position" tweeted Kivutha Kibwana.

".I congratulate Bishop for having been selected by William Ruto to serve" added Kivutha Kibwana.
