According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, Raila Odinga was happy to be welcomed by a huge crowd which was chanting his name after arriving at Homa Bay town. Raila Odinga urged the residents of Homa Bay County to register as voters so that they can elect him in the August general election. Raila Odinga also encouraged youths to maintain peace among each other during this time of campaign.
Despite that, the former prime minister Raila Odinga was also accompanied by several leaders who agreed to support his presidential ambitions of transforming our country. The leaders who accompanied the orange democratic movement party leader Hon Raila Odinga to Homa Bay county today includes the Suna East member of parliament Hon Junet Muhammed. The other leaders includes Homa Bay member of parliament Hon Gladys Wanga, Siaya senator Hon James Orengo, orange democratic movement party secretary general Edwin Sifuna, Eala member of parliament Hon Oburu Odinga, Kakamega Governor Hon Wycliffe Oparanya among other leaders. The leaders also encouraged youths to register as voters since it will enable them to elect their preferred leader in the August general election. Despite that, all kenyans are urged to maintain peace among each other during this time of campaign where leaders are popularizing their presidential agendas.
