President William Ruto has insulted Azimio leader Raila Odinga once more for his call for widespread protest.
He says the former prime minister should imitate LSK President Eric Theuri, who sued him over the PS shortlist, rather than urging mass demonstrations.
The Head of State asserted that Mr. Theuri did not act inappropriately even after the lawsuit was lost.
"Eric Theuri, one of my closest friends, recently filed a lawsuit against the government over a number of the appointments I made, which is not a bad thing to do. I'll admit defeat if I don't succeed "added he.
By arguing that his frequent attendance at Judiciary events should not be interpreted in that way, Dr. Ruto disproved claims that the Judiciary and the Executive were close friends.
"I'm conscious of the fact that many people wonder why I attend so many Judiciary events. Ensure that I haven't called anyone asking for anything by checking my phone "he stated.
