Kalonzo Reportedly Makes Final Decision on Joining Azimio After Meeting With Uhuru

Kalonzo Musyoka has agreed to joined Azimio La Umoja, which is led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, according to KTN News.

According to reports, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Kalonzo Musyoka may have met outside the country and agreed to return to Azimio.

Something happens while the Azimio senior leaders convene to vote to return Kalonzo to Azimio La Umoja.

They have chosen for Kalonzo Musyoka to rejoin Azimio, according to Robert Mbui, a close colleague of Kalonzo's.

"We have agreed and argued as a party that the country is greater than Wiper. It's time to explore all of our options now that we've agreed to work under Azimio's supervision. We propose that the principals meet with our party's leader to reach a final conclusion based on the available possibilities "Mbui continued.

The National Assembly's Deputy Minority Leader remarked that the goal is to develop structured, non-ambiguous talks so that the party is formally aware of the coalition agreement's contents.

He noted that because the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission had until the end of May to seal its doors to presidential candidates, more discussion might take place, and that the party's head would make the final decision.

"We're not closing any doors, and we're keeping all of our options open. We want to be a part of Kenya's future, but we need to have a structured discussion first. Right now, we're hearing about bids in the news. There is no documented evidence that any recommendations have been made, according to our party's head "exclaimed he started.
