Junet Questions Ruto On Who Is Micromanaging Courts After His Advice To Raila To Go To Court

Suna East Honorable Junnet Mohammed, a Member of Parliament, has given a response to the advise that President William Ruto gave to the Azimio o La Umoja side in advance of the Azimio o La Umoja mass action that is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at Kamkunji Stadium.

Today, President William Ruto made a request to the Azimio La Umoja side, asking them to take their case to the courts of law rather than holding a mass protest.

As a response to this, Junnet Mohammed has stated that the five cases were filed by lawyers for the Cherera Four in various courts, and the judges of those courts all agreed that the 14th of December would be the date on which the cases would be heard. JUNNET has questioned Ruto about who is responsible for the courts' mismanagement.

"Mtukufu Rais has given us the advice that we should go to court if we are dissatisfied. I am writing to notify him that lawyers working for The Cherera group have filed cases in five different courts, and all of the judges in those courts have set the same date for hearings on those cases. the 14th of December Who is running the courts with an iron fist? ", Junnet Mohammed stated.
