
Central organization of trade unions (COTU) secretary general Francis Atwoli, who supported Azimio la umoja One Kenya coalition party leader Raila Odinga in the August general elections, has agreed to work with president William Ruto's government.
The revelations were made this evening by the president himself who took to social media to announce that the vibrant trade unionist is now walking with the Kenya Kwanza administration for the betterment of hustlers.
Further, president William Ruto send a special message to Atwoli thanking him for deciding to walk with his administration.
The president's message on social media came just few hours after he met Atwoli and other western Kenya leaders at Kakamega state lodge.

Atwoli's newfound cooperation with president William Ruto comes as a surprise of some sorts if the differences the two had in August is anything to go by. The trade unionist previously disclosed that his role at the international labour organization meant that he must work with the government of the day.
