The Orange Democratic Movement party has postponed party primaries for Nakuru County.
In a communique to all aspirants late Thursday night, NEB Chairperson Catherine Mumma said the party had called off the primaries that were scheduled to take place today April 1.This according to her was to safeguard lives of members and officials.
This is to let you know that we have needed to name off the festival number one designations for Nakuru and alluded the issue to the significant board," she said.
Mumma noticed a situation wherein Presiding authorities and agents acquired security dangers from a period of people."We expected to stand by till our group have been accompanied to security sooner than sharing this message."
A decision at the representation of the Kaptembwa, Olkaria, Kivumbini and Shabaab wards will made later and conveyed to the Aspirants.
