The Orange Democratic leader Raila Odinga hs from nally responded to the claims that he was behind Kisumu Chaos witnessed on Thursday. The chaos erupted when.the deputy president visited the area to camping for his presidential bid in 2022. Speaking to Musyi FM, Raila said that he is not a child to ignite chaos in his own bedroom.
"Mimi sio mtoto mdogo niende kuorganize watu warushie Ruto mawe, kwa sababu gani? Ruto ni kitu kidogo sana kwangu," Raila told Musyi FM on Thursday morning.
The former prime minister added that the deputy president being a Kenyans is allowed to live freely in the country without disruption. He recalled how he was given a warm welcome in in the deputy president's background and he campaigned peacefully without any interruptions or threats.
The chaos witnessed in Kondele interrupted deputy president's meeting making him to be evacuated for safety. UDA supporters have continued to react to the act while condemning those who were involved in the chaos. Ruto's motorcade were also pelted with stone causing damages of unknown value.
