This is after claims emerged that the loans received aren't put into the borrowed purposes, instead most of it end up in people's pockets, and in return affects everyone through the rising of taxes in order to repay the loans.
Speaking to K24 Tv on Tuesday (today) Mr Maangi has claimed that President Uhuru made a gravious mistake by confessing that the Country loses 2 Billion shillings every day.
"I respect the president a lot but I think he made a mistake when he said that we lose 2B every day because this would mean that we are borrowing so that it can be stolen," Mr Maangi said.
