Rashid Abdalla's Social Media Post Attracts Wild Reactions

Popular journalist Rashid Abdalla has sparked reactions on social media with a recent post that he published on the internet. The post in question attracted the attention of the majority of social media users who came out to express their varied opinions on the subject. The journalist also became a subject of discussion for a while as his followers expressed their thoughts.

Rashid had made a post about the recent move by President Uhuru Kenyatta to lift the curfew which had affected most of the citizens. The former Ntv journalist explained to his followers that the President's announcement did not mean that the war against the COVID-19 pandemic was over.

He noted that the lift of curfew was only to help business people who operate at night so that they could continue with their activities. He advised Kenyans to continue practicing preventive measures against the disease.

"Rais amesema imenona hajasema ichinjwe. Kafyu imeondolewa ni heri na furaha kwa wapambanaji wa usiku lakini tuweni mankini Corona bado ipo," Rashid Abdalla's social media post read.

The netizens came out to express their varied opinions about the subject. A good percentage seemed to agree with Rashid Abdalla that indeed Kenyans should continue being cautious. Others were too excited that finally curfew had been lifted.
