The president of our country Hon Uhuru Kenyatta was in Nyeri county today where he was received like a king by the Nyeri residents. According to the photos which was shared on the social media platforms the president was received by a huge crowd which was chanting his name.
According to the speech was shared on the social media platforms, the president continued praising his government for the great work they have done. He thanked all kenyans who stood with him during the covid-19 pandemic where all business was closed. Despite that, he went on by commenting on the next general election which is planned to happen on August next year. He stated that the deputy president William Ruto will be on the ballot paper and none of the state officers can stop him from running his presidential seat.
He continued by urging the youths to register as voters so that they can vote for their leader in the next general election. The Nyeri residents were happy to see the president in their region. Remember to wear mask and maintain social distance so that we can overcome this deadly disease called covid-19 in our country.
