To attract people, Ruto is giving promises based on their daily challenges.
Today, the second in command held a meeting with the people of North Eastern Region. He used this opportunity to promise them that if elected as the president of Kenya, he will ensure that the region has water and food. According to him this will be achieved through bottom Up economic model
In addition, he will improve roads in the region. He said that by doing this, households will produce more goods and services this creating jobs and income to young people who are jobless. According to Tangatanga camp, bottom-up model is the only model that will reduce unemployment and social crimes in Kenya.
