The President of the Law Society Of Kenya LSK, the one Hon. Nelson Havi has reportedly written to the Attorney-General to advise the Ministries of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government and Foreign Affairs to comply with the Order and ensure that the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin Germany issues Miguna Miguna with Emergency Travel Document.

However, Miguna Miguna, taking to Twitter stated Citizenship by birth cannot be revoked or lost adding he has never renounced his citizenship.

"Those claiming I did must prove it. The court has ruled that I never lost my citizenship. They want to make me a citizen by registration so that I cannot hold any STATE POSITION."

"I will never allow them to succeed. Viva!"

"Utoto in Gov't must end. Such people must be ejected from those offices. Miguna will become the face of resistance to impunity."

"I wonder why a government can be so rogue. Completely disregarding Court orders. This issue should never be let go in the near future. The likes of Matiang'i, Kibicho and all officials involved must be put to task." Benard Nyambane reacted.

"The big deal is, with a Canadian passport, Kenya reserves the right of admission of any foreigner in to the country even if they have a Kenyan visa. With a Kenyan passport you have a right to return home as a citizen." Barak commented.
