Western Becomes More Slippery For Ruto As Gubernatorial Aspirant Joins Azimio Leaving KKC In Turmoil

Kenya Kwanza Alliance Coalition flag bearer Dr. William Ruto has been dealt with another blow after one of his gubernatorial aspirants dropped the bid and supported Azimio la Umoja One Kenya alliance coalition flag bearer Raila Odinga's aspirant.

George Natembeya, a former Riftvalley regional commissioner, is hoping to win the Transnzoia gubernatorial seat by a large margin.

Natembeya is running for governor on the DAP-K party ticket. Eugene Wamalwa, the county's defense cabinet secretary, is totally behind Natembeya's candidacy, and his political clout is a significant plus for him.

The DAP-K gubernatorial candidate gained a significant boost today when UDA's gubernatorial candidate and his entire crew joined his campaign.

Philemon Samoei, the Transnzoia UDA gubernatorial candidate, was welcomed to Natembeya's DAP-K camp by Azimio La Umoja.

Several UDA party contenders and leaders from the county accompanied the UDA gubernatorial candidate. Julia Kichwen, the UDa deputy governor candidate, and Teresiah Metto were among them.

On behalf of their presidential candidate Raila Odinga and DAP-K party patron Eugene Wamalwa, Mr. Natembeya welcomed them to the Azimio movement camp.

Natembeya and his deputy governor candidate, Philomena Bineah, have launched a number of grassroots initiatives to entice Transnzoia citizens to back their combined gubernatorial candidacy on a DAP-K platform.

The Kenya Kwanza Alliance has announced Chris Wamalwa of the FORD Kenya party as their candidate in the election. In the August elections, the two-term Kimimili legislator will oppose George Natembeya of the DAP-K party.
