Kisii residents particularly parents have every reason to smile after Governor Simba Arati announced that his administration will allocate KSH. 3M bursary funds in every ward.
For the last 5 years, parents have been lamenting of scarcity of bursary funds.
Speaking to Mutembei TV, some of them appreciated the move and termed as a good move.
The education chairman in the county also promised the ECDE teachers that during his tenure, their needs will be well catered for.
The MCAs also welcomed the move by the county governor by approving the move in the county assembly. The kisii lawmakers have hinted that they will work amicably with Simba Arati for the benefit of the Kisii people.
