According to reports by local source, Nation Africa, Deputy President William Ruto and his allies want Chief Justice Martha Koome out so that she would not interfere with IEBC responsibilities during 2022 election. Dp Ruto claims that Judiciary has no role in preparation for elections.
"The DP's camp insists that it is the sole responsibility of the IEBC to conduct, manage and prepare for elections and that the Judiciary has no role whatsoever, save for determining disputes that may arise after a general election", Nation Africa tweeted.

Deputy President William Ruto has on Thursday November 25 suffered huge blow after ICC warned him ovee interfering with the witness. The witness failed to present the evidence back in 2016 during hearing of the ICC proceedings for reasons known to himself.
